Language is the fundamental interface
Machines are but one tool humans use to make sense of the world around them.
Language is another.
The many human-machine relationships we see today are rooted in different languages, from binary codes to NLP.
As a UX Writer, I humanise the dialogue between a product or service and its user.
The incredible complexity of design and engineering can show up on the face of it all as something simple, clean and familiar.
Let every interaction tell a story to enrich our increasingly augmented relationship with the tools we use.
